1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Granatly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Eligibility and authority

You may use Granatly only if you are legally permitted to do so and are authorized to act for the Discord guild, ER:LC server, or community environment you manage through the service.

You represent and warrant that information you submit is accurate, that you have the authority to configure the services you connect, and that your use of Granatly will comply with applicable law, platform rules, and third-party terms.

3. Service description

Granatly provides tools and interfaces for community management and configuration, including authentication, verification, logging, analytics, moderation support, channel and role configuration, welcome messaging, rule configuration, playercount settings, and session-related features.

Granatly may add, remove, suspend, restrict, or modify features at any time, with or without prior notice, where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, operational changes, legal compliance, or product evolution.

4. Accounts and authentication

Access to certain functionality requires authentication through Discord and, where applicable, Roblox verification or other identity-linking flows. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and for activity occurring through them to the extent permitted by law.

You must not share credentials, circumvent security controls, impersonate another person, or attempt to access data or functionality without authorization.

You retain responsibility for the content, settings, commands, rules, moderation decisions, and configuration values you create or submit through Granatly. Granatly acts as a tool and does not assume responsibility for the legality, accuracy, or appropriateness of user-provided content or community decisions.

7. Third-party services

Granatly depends on third-party services and platforms, including Discord, Roblox, ER:LC-related systems, hosting providers, and database/authentication providers. Availability, performance, and functionality may be affected by those third-party services, and Granatly is not responsible for outages, data inaccuracies, policy changes, or failures caused by them.

8. Suspension and termination

Granatly may suspend, limit, or terminate access to any user, guild, server, or feature where reasonably necessary to protect service security, investigate abuse, respond to legal requirements, enforce these Terms, or prevent harm to the service or others.

9. Availability and changes

Granatly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Granatly does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous uptime, error-free operation, specific response times, or permanent preservation of any feature or dataset.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Granatly disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Granatly and its operators, maintainers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, community access, or business opportunity arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or zero if the service was provided without charge.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Granatly and its operators, maintainers, and affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the service, your configuration or content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the operator's governing jurisdiction, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

Granatly may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
